1. Nature of the Service & Financial Estimates
Unmeet provides recurring calendar metadata auditing, deterministic Calendar Debt Scoring, and interactive Meeting Cost and ROI calculators. All cost and savings figures represent the estimated financial equivalent of employee time allocated to meetings based on user-supplied assumptions; they do not constitute financial advice or guaranteed reductions in payroll expenditure.
2. Organiser Responsibility & Explicit Confirmation
Unmeet never modifies or cancels calendar events autonomously. Any modification to a recurring event series (such as changing cadence to biweekly, shortening duration, removing selected attendees, or setting an UNTIL end date) requires your explicit confirmation after reviewing affected future occurrences. You are responsible for ensuring you have organisational authority to modify events you organise.
3. Prohibited Use (No Employee Surveillance)
You agree not to use Unmeet for covert employee surveillance, individual disciplinary scoring, or automated removal of employees from workplace discussions without organiser review.
